Red eye bumble bee - Centris rhodopus

Red eye bumble bee - Centris rhodopus

July 3, 2015
These bees were extremely active never staying still and combined with a windy day, they posed a great challenge to photograph.

John, could you please help me figure out
the differences between the bee that I submitted to BG and this one?
Thanks!

Hmmm!
They look similar. Besides this specimen doesn't have red legs.

Thank you Beatriz!
Hopefully an expert will chime in soon and this question will be answered clearly.
