Genus is Argia
Our best guess is a young male A. fumipennis, but if this is correct, it surely lives up to its name of "Variable Dancer"!

This one looks to be a male.
This one looks to be a male. Also looks to me like its freshly emerged and not got its full colours yet, but I am not familar with florida odes...
