"Springtail" comes to mind, but I looked that up here on Bugguide, and this looks nothing like the pics I found for Springtail.

Looks like a Tumbling Flower Beetle in the family Mordellidae. I can't get you any closer though, sorry. http://bugguide.net/node/view/144
