Pyrgota sp.
Probably correct species ID as well, but you might wait for additional confirmation. Nice find! Seems they are more common this year.

for confirming Pyrgota. I think I'll go ahead and move to Pyrgota maculipennis. It can always be removed if that is not correct. (Marvin)
