Brown-winged Shield-back - Capnobotes fuliginosus

Size: head to wing tips, 64 mm
These huge katydids are very noisy at night and like to come to blacklights (as this one did). I read that they are partially carnivorous, and some did grab and eat smaller insects at the light.
