Size: about 2.2 mm
Collected under wet, fairly fresh bark of stumps that were still weeping. These little guys moved slowly and to my naked eye they were hard to distinguish from the Monotomi*dae I collected from the same source, until they bent their bodies in making a turn as no mon*otomid could do. IDed by Boris from an image of another beetle that also contained one of these guys:
