I agree with Coleophora trifolii. Tentative ID based on Landry & Wright 1993 key. C. apicialbella can also have the pale post ocular scales but this is probably out of range and that species would be darker though not sure range or color matter. The pale post ocular scales in your image could be an artifact, though I think it's probably real. I think the antennae is mostly dark with terminal portion more pale. If it is ringed with light and dark annulations, all bets are off.
