Abundant in Pumpkinseed Lake, more like a pond, south of Obstruction Point. They were very actively diving.
The red specks are cyclops, also locally abundant in the lake.

not a corixid (they don't swim belly up)... Buenoa?

Thanks for the correction.
Both shots are in the field, and I never saw the dorsum. Also, this was in the National Park, so I didn't bring my dipnet.
