Lithacodes fasciola? - Lithacodes fasciola

Lithacodes fasciola? - Lithacodes fasciola
West Farm, Turtle Lake, Barron County, Wisconsin, USA
July 10, 2015
I'm not experienced with this genus; I just looked at the MPG and BG images and maps.

The dark area on my moth seems pretty light for fasciola, but maybe it's within the normal range of variability. It's a pretty worn specimen, which may also explain the lightness. Judging by the range maps, fasciola is much more likely in Wisconsin than gracea.

I agree with a worn . The range is good and there is nothing else with that same shaped median line. The only slug I saw was very different.
