Oreas Comma? - Polygonia oreas - female

Oreas Comma? - Polygonia oreas - Female
Thompson River Road, Sanders County, Montana, USA
May 8, 2007

Moved
Thanks I'm going to move it there for now. I really can't tell the difference. It is very confusing between Hoary Comma, Green Comma and Oreas Comma.

Similar
They are quite similar, but one of the things that helps oreas stand out are the more pronounced pale chevrons along the FW/HW margins, and the lighter tornal area (on faunus is very dark). Here's a photo for comparison:

Oreas
If I'm not mistaken this is a female , the Oreas Comma.
