D. scaevola
I agree with Kevin on D. scaevola. We can't see the apices of the femora, but based on your previous images of this species from the same area and the head shape, I think it is safe to move it to species.

Identification
I believe that this species is Dasymutilla scaevola. It very closely resembles that species- which is relatively distinct. However, I cannot be sure of the identification without looking at the apices of the middle and hind femora which are squarely truncate in D. scaevola.
