Toxomerus, probably politus
According to the Toxomerus guide page, no yellow margin eliminates Toxomerus marginatus, and the dark scutellum with a yellow border probably makes it Toxomerus politus.

Of course, that simplified key doesn't allow for about a dozen rare species, but I'll leave that to the actual experts
