Bourletiella arvalis
In the genus Bourletiella, the fourth antennal segment has between 6 to 8 subsegments. Such as seen in this picture. In Deuterosminthurus the fourth antennal segment has 9 to 15 subsegments.
D. nonfasciatus has usually 12 to 15 subsegments.
Given the size of this specimen, it could be a female. Males grow up to 1.0 mm while females can grow up to 1.6 mm.
