amputee - Orocharis saltator

amputee - Orocharis saltator
Goshen, Orange County, New York, USA
August 7, 2015
Size: apx 12mm body length
This slow moving and unhappy amputee was crawling along my hot tub cover. I don't believe its long for this world. Who is it here so badly injured. ??

I hope that this will not be considered a violation of the rule against submitting mutilated specimen. This is real life and I would like to know its name.
Thank you for your help,

must be an Orocharis saltator nymph
