The Federally endangered dragonfly, Hine's Emerald, was flying over the fields near Cedarburg Bog in Wisconsin.

or walshii ?
I've never seen Hine's but apparently the male has the cerci hooked downwards but not as much as in tenebrosa. Yours look straight and appear to have a brush tip. Would have to see a larger image to be certain of species. At present, I'm leaning towards S. walshii
