Blotch mine of leaf of Helleborine (Epipactis helleborine) on edge of clearing in upland spruce forest. Mine visible on both sides of leaf; this is the upper side.

Moved from Unidentified Leaf Mines.
I can't see the characteristic egg that should be on the underside of the leaf, but this is the only orchid miner I know of (and Epipactis helleborine is a known host in Europe).
