I think this is Polydrusus formosus.

can't tell species from this angle
please keep in mind that oblique angles tend to make beetle identification much much harder
a straight dorsal shot is a must; for weevils, a profile of the head is a big plus (again, a straight lateral shot, no oblique angles please)
