Check Allograpta instead
Definitely not Toxomerus marginatus.

These flies are beyond my skills. They all look alike! At least I got the right family.

the abdominal pattern
reminds me of Allograpta, maybe micrura or perhaps A. exotica (which we have no photos of yet)
