This is the only angle of this dragonfly that I was able to photograph after some research my guess is a Lance- tipped darner?

Female Aeshna constricta (yellow form). The big square spots on segment 9 are a great field mark along with the cerci. In WI, about 1/2 of the females that I see are this color form.
