Help identifying Small Neon Green Spider with yellow stripes and red dots - Araneus cingulatus

Size: 3/8"
This little spider was hanging out on a piece of furniture being refinished in our garage. I videotaped and took several photos of it in action. Just curious what type of spider it is.

Looks to be Araneus cingulatus
