Little wasp
Willow Grove, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA

Size: 5 mm. wingspan 8-9 mm.
I have no idea what this small wasp is. Caught in a pan trap.
Southeastern PA

i think this is something in the tribe Psenini... someone should be able to say what genus. perhaps Pluto...

It is a Psenini but not Pluto (wing venation is wrong for this genus). Tough things to identify from an image...
