Phantom Crane Fly
This one was puzzling to me at first, but it is a phantom crane fly. I had never noticed the faceted thorax before, and never seen one with its wings folded over its back, but other features, such as the legs, are a perfect match. The species is Bittacomorpha clavipes; no other species in Ptychopteridae has those banded legs, none in our region anyway.

Bittacomorpha clavipes
Thank you, Stephen. I thought it was a very attractive insect.
