Stink Bug?
Great photo. I don't suppose you disturbed it? It looks pretty, but if it is a stink bug, it wouldn't have smelled pretty.

 
No,
I avoid touching/moving (and I prefer the same respect from them!) Hehe. This accounts for many of the awkward poses of my subjects.
Sometimes I will pluck leaves or hold back stems, but for many skittish insects, even that is enough to send them away.
