It
looks like it. Spiders often change at the final molt.

sweet
i thought so but wanted to make sure before attempting to breed these.
should i frass this or move it to mccooki... if i can remember how to move em.
thanx a bunch for the help

Wait
a week before placing the male with the female. That will give him time to harden and charge his palps. I have found wolf spiders seem to take longer to recover than most spiders after molting.
Moved images for you.

thanx
for the tip and the move, ill be keeping my eye out for the sperm web he molted some time last week. hopefully he doesnt get eaten, so far the past two year ive tried breeding these but the females always pounce on the males right away no matter how much food i give prior to introduction.
