It is stagmomantis limbata. T
It is stagmomantis limbata. The colors say iris oratoria but the the width of the thorax and pattern on the wings are that of stagmomantis limbata

Do you have any other images? I'd suspect this is a male Iris oratoria, although I'd like to see another aspect to be sure.
