Actually Pseudomethoca
The abdomen on this specimen and the thoracic shape are diagnostic of Pseudomethoca, this species is a bit more slender than most of the other Pseudomethoca. The presence of small teeth on the propodeum (back of the thorax) and the locality means that this is Pseudomethoca simillima.
