Western Black Widow ? - Latrodectus hesperus

Western Black Widow ? - Latrodectus hesperus
Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA
May 22, 2013
The location, the striping on the abdomen, the black double rings at the leg joints, and the hourglass make this look like Latrodectus Hesperus. Found on an iron fence about four feet above the ground.
Thanks for your help.
