characteristic short 6-segm. antennae; F e n u s a's are much longer (a number of websites also seem to hav'em misIDed)
cedarcreek has it right; my ID is based on Marshall, 2006, p. 542:1
another one in in BG here, i'll look for more. And Don's right, other 'F.p.' on this page don't belong here, either.

the other images identified as Fenu*sa pusilla - they are not correct.

Tenthredinidae: Fenusa pusilla
Yes, looks like the birch leaf miner, or something quite close. An introduced European species.
