Same individual?
I'm guessing he is (this one's a male - curved forceps). Maybe he wasn't impressed with you shooting just his posterior half, and came out for the other half ;-)

 
Yes, it's the same.
When I first saw it, the head was dug into the center of the poppy, under a large yellow "ball". The forceps sticking out looked like the front-end of a lacewing larva, but much larger. I had to poke at him to get to see his head, and that made for two unhappy campers!
