Probably Stenacron
This appears to be a female Stenacron subimago. The tergite markings are more intense that I am accustomed to seeing, but the dark mark connecting cross-veins near the bulla of the forewing suggests a Stenacron ID.

 
Where to file this?
Is Heptageniidae safe? I'm going through the images that are currently at the Ephemeroptera level and moving them to the most specific group where ID is certain...

 
Yes...
but I'm also reasonably sure that this is one of the Stenacron species, so it could go to genus.
