A Tiny Tiny Wasp

A Tiny Tiny Wasp
Near Ruraldale, Upshur County, West Virginia, USA
May 30, 2007
Size: 1.5 mm
What a tiny wasp hidden among the moss. It measured 1.9 mm to the back of the wings. Harder to measure to the tip of the abdomen but probably 1.5 mm. ID help appreciated.

Eulophid Wasp
Although most members of this family are metallic green with red eyes, some darker representatives like this one exist.

Thanks
Thank-you, Richard!
