What a cool Springtail!
I've never seen one like it. Was it in foliage, soil, decomposing material? Just curious!

 
On foliage
I used a new collection method, almost like sweep-netting. I used a white plastic bucket and swept it through grass and leaves and looked inside to see what I caught.
