Based on your location, I think Canadian is more likely, but it is easier to tell if you can see the underside. Do you have any other shots?

 
Unfortunately,
I have no shots of it's underside. I only managed to get a couple of photos before it flew away again. Hopefully I'll see it again and I'll try again. Thank you so much.
