Go with terminatum
I hadn't noticed Jeff Webb's ID on this one, Jo Ann. Jeff is an expert on mayflies, and I would suggest moving this to species level.

Maccafertium terminatum
Based on the abdominal colour pattern, I would say this is Maccaffertium terminatum.
