ID Based on Golden Guide description from Spiders and their kin....my guess is from the size and location that these are Pseudopolydesmus serratus. Also one interesting thing I've noticed is that I've only found them off the ground like this after a good rain. This photo was taken on a hand rail of a wooden bridge about 3 feet off the ground. They also tend to mass in the cracks of tree bark after a rain.
