A member of the difficult family Oecophoridae, this might be the first photo of this species on the Internet. Thanks for posting this nice photo. At the moment the only reference I have for this species is Hodge's 1974 monograph, Fascicle 6.2 of The Moths of America North of Mexico (MONA) Plate 5.

 
Interesting
It's always interesting to have found something unique. If I had known I would have spent more time trying to get a good picture. I am sure this was one of my click and run to chase the kid and dog photos.
