Size: 4-5 mm
Found on Chokecherry. The closest match I have found in the Guide is Mononychus vulpeculus. Please, let me know if it is a wrong identification.

Clear shot. Very nice.

 
Cooperative one
Thanks! Weevils are often difficult to shot because they run or just fall to the ground. This one was caught sleeping, I guess, and stayed still for a few shots.
