Yup, Bob got it right...the rounded apex of the marginal cell takes this to genus Pepsis, and very shallow angle at which the marginal cell meets the costal margin takes it to the "Pepsis rubra-group" in Vardy(1). From there the hyaline wing tips and total lack of a darkened submarginal band takes this unequivocally to P. pallidolimbata (in Vardy(1) and/or Hurd(2)).
