Megachilidae, gall with leaf cell

Megachilidae, gall with leaf cell
Iowa, USA
October 7, 2015
September 2015: collected several elliptical Goldenrod galls, but too late, again. Most had spent Lep pupa inside.
This gall had what looked like a bird peck hole, nothing unusual so I didn't take a photo. Opening the gall and there was a leaf cell inside. (Glued the gall back together for a photo. The white glue isn't dry.)
