Could someone please tell me what this Longlegged fly has captured? I couldn't get any closer and the image is heavily cropped.

Maybe a Thrips for the prey?
but just a guess.

Condylostylus
The predator is a female in the Condylostylus comatus group. I don't know about the prey.
