Size: 1-1.5 inches
Three-banded Grasshopper is the closest I can come on this one. Can anyone confirm, or refute? Thanks!

Very similar and probably related,
but that one is much larger than this. This one also has red hind wings, while
Hadrotettix
has pale yellow.
