Need ID for this Insect in Chester Springs,PA - Arilus cristatus
Chester Springs, Chester County, Pennsylvania, USA

Size: 2 and 1/4 inches
I saw this insect on my deck about 4:00PM in the afternoon of a bright day around 62 degrees.
It was moving very slowly and did not move away when I approached it.
Any ID help would appreciated

Wheel Bug
A Wheel Bug, Arilus cristatus.

They are not aggressive, but will give a painful bite if mishandled.
