Donald, I had to go to the Bold sample ID JLB-0165 to agree with you on this one. The BG photographs vary so much and this one is pretty far West of the MPG range. Did you get any other photographs? I am not comfortable placing it just on this photo.

I did have another photo but it was very out of focus, but at least you can see the color of the hind wing. Hope this helps.

Actually, it helps a bunch. Look at Rick Gillmore's spread on MPG. It matches your almost perfectly. I think ANY shot of a hind-wing is helpful and can always be FRASSED. They so often separate close species.
