Hello, these are some weird (but cool!) (or not so much if they are harmful to the plant) things on our Mexican Petunias. I just took the pictures about 35 minutes ago prior to posting these pictures.
I have no idea what they are or where they came from, but I think they might produce mildew because of ants walking around them and stopping to check them out.
