Large Crane Fly Wing - Tipula

Large Crane Fly Wing - Tipula
Wildwood Park; Radford, Virginia, USA
November 8, 2015
Just wondering - is this a crane fly wing? Found it caught in a spider web on the outside wall of a building beside a creek in a wooded area where I sometimes find crane flies.
I'd appreciate an Id, please, if possible.
