Psyllidae
The venation is highly characteristic in this family - three veins originate at the same place near the middle of the wing, and each one branches once before the wing margin.

In aphids, all the veins begin along the front (costal) margin of the wing and extend backwards, each unbranched or at most with one branched before the margin.
