Eggs, larvae, adults all covered for this very common species ... but no cocoons yet, it seems, so here's an image of a typical one.
Usually found on tree trunks, crevices, or in this case, on structures (usually along edges or corners). The cocoons are impregnated with a yellow powder which gives them their color.
