unidentified eumenine - Parancistrocerus leionotus

unidentified eumenine - Parancistrocerus leionotus
Brookside Gardens, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA
September 7, 2015
Size: ~10mm
I can’t see some key features required to work through the Buck et al. key for eumenine wasps (1) but, FWIW, I think this one resembles Stenodynerus or Parancistrocerus.

I could be way off so, if this one can be further ID’d, I’d appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

Nesting
This species typically nests in crevices in rocks or concrete. It looks like this female is closing a nest or looking for a nest site. Nice observation and good images!

Thanks!
She was running all over this concrete wall but I'm not sure that partially plugged hole was her's; she only stopped there briefly.
