Lynx Spider
That's a Lynx Spider belonging to the family Oxyopidae. It's large padipalps suggest that it might be a male (which are used for transferring sperm during mating). These spiders don't construct webs but instead hunt small insects that land on plant stems, flowers and leaves.

Looks like it has pink/metallic colouration. Nice shot.
