Ischnura verticalis

I love the pretty orange on this one, but I can't seem to nail down an ID. My best guess was a female blue-fronted dancer (Argia apicalis), but the tail doesn't look right...

Eastern Forktail?
My guess is an immature female Ischnura verticalis, but I am not absolutely positive.
